Since its installation in 2015, our Northampton factory has operated without any significant issues. However, like much of the UK, we recently faced unprecedented weather conditions that brought challenges to our operations.

In September, heavy rainfall overwhelmed our internal gutter system, causing an overflow that resulted in approximately an inch of water inside the factory. Unfortunately, this incident damaged all the computers in our design room. Thanks to our robust backup systems, we were able to quickly resume operations after replacing the affected equipment.

The situation escalated in late November when severe rainfall caused widespread flooding across the area. This time, the factory experienced about a foot of water, resulting in significant damage to electrical equipment and machinery.

Our dedicated team worked tirelessly to remove the water and restore the factory to working order. While this has caused a temporary delay in production, we are making steady progress with cleanup and repairs. We anticipate being almost fully operational again by the end of January.
