At Longthorne we work hard and play hard, and this month we decided to take the Guys shooting, although we all contribute towards making our  guns, a couple of the guys hadn't shot before and were keen to have a go.  So after a brunch of pheasant burgers, carefully prepared by our MD James Longthorne Stewart we all trooped off to Courtenhall Shooting Ground (thank you Mick for opening up for us) and had some fun and shooting  instruction for the afternoon.

In addition, new Sales Manager, Alex(his family owned and ran butchers shops), together with MD James gave them a few lessons on how to prepare deer (kindly supplied by Alex), pheasant and  partridge, any game aquired gets prepared and packed and  goes into a commercial freezer in the staff canteen and they can help themselves.
