A true honour to welcome these guys and girls on 24th, breakfast was followed by the usual workshop tour and then a trip to Northampton Shooting Ground,  we had 3 stands and a flush and a very informal none competitive type of competition, I must say the level of shooting this year was exceptional.  Many thanks to Eley for generously donating the cartridges and to Northampton Shooting Ground for accommodating us and to our staff (and wives) for helping to make this a fun day, we appreciate it.
